This is one of those stories you simply cannot ignore. According to TMZ, the women told cops last week she and a friend were attending a party in 2002 at Jamie’s place when he tried to get her to perform oral sex. She claims when she refused, Jamie struck her in the face with his penis.

At the time of the alleged incident, the accuser did not file any type of police report.

Why she waited 16 years is anyone’s guess..

My guess is, she’s completely full of shit..

Jaime Foxx denies this happened and says he’s pursuing legal action against his accuser for filing a false police report..
