Whitney Wisconsin, who was found guilty of shooting sexually explicit content in public that was later posted to adult websites, was sentenced to nine months in jail, along with one year of probation.

Eau Claire County Judge John Manydeeds handed down the sentence after Wisconsin was found guilty two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of defamation.

As conditions of probation, Wisconsin cannot use her pseudonym, “Whitney Wisconsin,” Manydeeds ruled.

She also cannot have a smartphone or phone with a camera or any contact with Starbucks and a local mall in Eau Claire, as well as her victims or co-defendant boyfriend, who participated in some of the videos shot in 2015.

According to the Leader-Telegram, one type of video involved the woman touching herself sexually, then asking unsuspecting males to smell the scent of her new “perfume.”
